And then, share the steps below to your wife.

1. "Open the Find My app and select the People tab.
2. Tap the Add button .
3. Select Share My Location.
4. Enter the name or phone number of the person that you want to share your location with.
5. Select Send.
6. Choose to share your location for One Hour, Until End of Day, or Share Indefinitely."

The steps we provided are appropriate for the issue on either iPhone. Please restart and update each device. Then if the behavior persists, the add-a-person steps can be retaken on her device, which might help to help your device see her location.

Resolved: Live View in Find My app not working

I had the same problems other people were having with Live View. It just stops working out of the blue. After weeks of playing around with it and searching for solutions but never finding any… This is how I finally fixed it.

I made sure my friend and I were both sharing location data in Find My. Then I went to Google Maps and started sharing my location indefinitely and my friend did the same. AND WALAH! It fixed the problem and I was immediately able to see the green ring around my friends pic on the Find My app!! Hope this helps! Best of luck!
