Find My IPhone not working for one person but works for everyone else.

My partner bought an IPhone 16 yesterday, for reference, I have an IPhone 15. I have locations on for my friends and some of them have an IPhone 16, and it works perfectly fine. I help set up my partner’s Find My. I made sure to share indefinitely, I also made sure Location Services were set to “While Using the App” and “Precise Location”. I’ve also turned ‘Location Services’ on and off, on both phones. I’ve tried everything possible and looked on old forums possible- yet nothing works. I still am unable to see his location yet he is able to see my location. Is there any other way I can go about this?
