I can change my password but I can’t change my profile picture

For your devices: you can set the image for your user profile in Settings.

On iPhone or iPad: Settings﹥[You/Your Apple ID]﹥[tap image to edit]﹥Take Photo|Choose Photo|Browse

For your user profile on Mac: Change a user’s login picture on Mac - Apple Support (different from Apple ID)

For your Apple ID:

Select your Apple ID picture on Mac - Apple Support

Change your Apple ID photo on iCloud.com - Apple Support

For your user profile on this forum: Custom avatar images are possible for users at Level 3 or above (500 points or more). Lower levels should get the neutral ‘person’ avatar. Share what you know and get recognized - Apple Support

I do not see a monkey face - sorry, You can use any stock image available in your profile as a picture.
