Fedex courier company didn't deliver my iPhone

On July 25, I ordered an iPhone 14 pro max 256 GB, but the courier company Fedex did not deliver the iPhone to my address

Getting a Shipment Fixed:


A. Go to the Distribution Center:

Being such an expensive product, FedEx is directed by Apple to leave a not at your door/mailbox. You should go to the distribution center to pick it up. Typically, you see these as large complexes at an airport.

B. Contact Apple Support:

Apple Contact Us Information:

  • Contact Us - Choose Locations
  • Proceed from there as Necessary.
  • NOTE: iTunes purchases are only playable in the country in which they were purchased --- so that may be the issue, if you purchased there somewhere other than where you are located.
