"Your apple id has been disabled for security reasons"

For some reason I keep getting this error message everytime I try to access iTunes on my ipod touch and on my computer (I'm using a Mac, not my dell laptop). I have tried to change my id to a second email account I have and that worked for a day, but now I started getting the error message again and can't use iTunes at all. I have not had any problems with passwords or logging in previously, so I can't think of another reason why there would be a security issue with my account.

Any idea what happened and, most importantly, how to fix it?

Thanks!!

Someone, not necessarily you, entered the wrong password repeatedly. You need to reset it.

Having same issue. I disputed two (identical) charges through my credit card company and now my ID has been disabled. Took suggestion above and changed my payment info to a different credit card but still can notify from them! I appreciate the act that they are trying to protect my credit but they could have told me! Waiting to hear back from Apple support. Wanted to charge me $29 just to ask a question on the phone. This company drives me crazy sometimes!
