WhatsApp waking my wife during Focus hours!

I have Focus set up on my iPhone. It works as it should for Outlook, texts, etc. However, I use WhatsApp for my overseas contacts and when they wake up in the morning and reply my phone says “ding” and it wakes up my light sleeping wife. You can see this is a dangerous situation! How do I add WhatsApp to my apps that are silenced at night?

Whatsapp contacts aren't appearing on suggested contacts section of share sheet Simple as the title, when I share anything, I get specific contact suggestions through iMessage, Mail, etc. But not Whatsapp. I've tried Enabling/Disabling the "Suggest when Sharing" toggle in Siri Settings, and delving into the Whatsapp specific "Learn from this app" toggle. I've also tried disabling Screen Lock in Whatsapp settings itself to no avail. It's still a feature because a number of my friends have it on their older/newer iPhone models. Any help much appreciated. Thanks.
