Unable to edit Text in Markup text boxes with physical keyboard

Exactly as reported by other use here, but I was obliged to start a new ticket.


The keyboard functions perfectly with all other applications, but it does not interact with text boxes in both Files Markup and Photos Markup. Interestingly, when the iPad is disconnected from the keyboard, the on-screen keyboard allows for text box editing.

Despite attempts like force restarting, disconnecting and reconnecting the keyboard to the iPad, reinstalling the Files app, toggling Assistive Touch, no solutions have been found yet.


I also gave full accessibility to the keyboard.


My specs:


ipad Pro

iPadOS 16.6

Magic keyboard and Logi keyboard
