Battery app indicates it is good but goes down fast. Phone was at 80% at 8:30 am with cell, Wi-Fi, and BT turned off, not being used, and by 9:35 am was only showing 74% charge. Any idea why? Battery app shows nothing using it.

A 3 year old phone will not have a health rating of 97%
Battery health indicates it is healthy recharging to 97%.
Maximum capacity 92%. Optimized battery charging is enabled. Clean energy charging is not.
