Why is my iPhone storage full but not my purchased cloud

My iPhone storage is full. The extra cloud I have is half full. Why

Because internal storage is full.


Internal storage is fixed at time of purchase, and cannot be expanded.


iCloud is a place where some contents can be selectively offloaded, but does not increase internal storage.
