Ciao, sto provando ad accedere con il mio account aziendale alla vpn ma dopo aver inserito la mail mi da questo errore “Il tuo IdApple non supporta i servizi previsti su questo dispositivo” come posso risolvere?

Sincronizzazione con dispositivi Apple da qualche giorno itunes 12.13.9.1 non vede più iphone 12 mini con iOs 26.1, dove sincronizzavo contatti e calendario di outlook 365 residente su pc win10. Ho installato "dispositivi Apple" ma non c'è modo di agganciare outlook 365. Qualcuno sa aiutarmi? (è vero che anche su iphone 17 ci sarebbe la stessa problematica?)
