airpod max glitching

Whenever I'm using wifi for a virtual meeting or on a phone call using my iPhone, my AirPod Max's audio and microphone glitches. The recipient cannot hear my speech and i often can't hear them as it intermittently glitches. I've tried troubleshooting, connecting/disconnecting, and all my hardware has up to date iOS. Not sure how to remedy this problem. This doesn't happen on my AirPod pros.

Sudden deterioration in quality using AirPod Pro with MS TEAMs on a PC I have been using my AirPod Pros on MS TEAMs calls via PC for c. 1 year with no sound quality issues, however the last week its been stuttering for me listening and when I am speaking apparently. AirPods fine otherwise listening to video/sound through the same PC and on other devices, its just on MS TEAMs calls. Ive disconnected all other bluetooth devices, have updated all software, shutdown and restarted TEAMs/PC and no improvement. Would be very keen to hear any similar experiences and solutions please! Why do my AirPods 4 sound low during Teams calls? When I connect to my PC and listen to anything other than a Teams call, my Airpod 4's sound great. The second I join a teams call, the volume drops substantially (barely hear) and the PC controls to turn it up don't work. My Airpod Pro 2's seem to work fine (although they are getting flaky thus the new purchase). I want to keep these earphones, but my company is a MS shop and have to connect reliably and hear via team calls. Anyone have a workaround for this or fix? [Re-Titled by Moderator]
