Holding down power and volume button on Beatsx headphones for 10 seconds but no flashing lights there to indicate pairing. Please help. Beatsx Model A1763. I've never updated firmware on this device.

To help isolate the issue to your iPhone or your Beats, can you pair the Beats with another device?
Does your iPhone connect with other Bluetooth devices?
If you are following the steps here, Reset your Beats earphones - Apple Support, which it sounds like your are and they are not going into paring mode, reach out to Apple Support directly, as this may require closer guidance: Get Support
