Apple Gift Card Rejected
I sent an Apple Gift Card to a Relative and when he tried to redeem it, he received a “Rejected” message. What can be done so that he can redeem the card?

Sounds like he’s having issues with the characters in the account code etc. it’s tricky because zeros look like 0 and then there are >O< and they look similar.
