I received a $50 Apple gift card. Every time I try to redeem it, I get a message saying it’s not valid. What can I do? Does that mean that somebody else fraudulently used it or something else? Thanks!

It usually means that the numbers were manually entered incorrectly. Review the support article to make sure that the similar looking digits were entered correctly. It could also mean that you have an Apple Store gift card that is used for purchases at the store or online to purchase Apple products. If it was redeemed already, you would be getting a different message.
