cant login icloud & use airplay on apple tv gen 3

today, i tried to connect my apple tv to internet but it always said that theres a problem so i decide to reset my apple tv (i tried to restart it but nothing change). But after the reset, i cant signin my icloud/ apple id (unable to log in, icloud isnt set up), but it works on itunes. The airplay doesn’t work either, and when i checked the general>about; it said that the activation was failed. Before this reset, i was able to signin my icloud and everything is fine (the airplay also work on all of my devices). can someone help me how to fix it?
