No Music Settings on iPhone 14

I am trying to find music in settings, but it's missing entirely. I'm trying to find a way to EQ all sound output, an app that I can start up when playing music or podcasts in order to make the speech or music clearer. I've spent hours in the app store and find nothing. Please help! I use VLC for music; but podcast app has no EQ and I really need it. Help?

Choose an equalization (EQ) setting: Go to Settings > Music > EQ. · Normalize the volume level of your audio: Go to Settings > Music, then turn on Sound Check.
