Changing from individual Apple Music to Family subscription. Can I save my library/playlists?

So I’m about to subscribe to a family account on Apple Music but my wife currently has her own individual which she will cancel. Will her current library/playlists be available to her on the new family subscription or is there a way to save/transfer them?

Your wife should join the family account without cancelling and her subscription should automatically roll over.
