Hello, I can not update my iphone to new version. There is enough space and memory. Please help

Hello, it is iPhone SE 6S, sw ver 12.4.7. Update is running up to the black apple home screen with horizontal line showing the progress, and somehwere in the middle it is returned with normal homescreen asking for pwd, meaning that update was not released up to the end but chrased somewhere inbetween.
Ok I will try this one again. Last time did not work because of msg there is no enough memory. But I will clear first memory from pc and than try again this way. I was hoping there might be some other way round? Many thanks!
