Why doesn’t my iPhone 12 show maximum battery capacity
i have an iPhone 12 I just bought it yesterday second hand but it doesn’t show maximum battery capacity. Do you know why??

The battery in the phone was replaced at some point with a non-genuine Apple battery.
If you want Battery Health and other important battery information to be displayed, you will need to have the correct battery installed at the Apple Store or an authorized Apple Service shop.
The big question here though......is whether they would even be willing to do this since the phone has been tampered with by an unauthorized person. In most cases, Apple will refuse to work on the phone if they detect previous tampering.
