I recently discovered my gmails and Wi-Fi were being monitored remotely thru apps like keystroke and hover watch so I checked my iPhone which I’m almost sure was or is monitored too bc the option to sign out wasn’t bold anymore and u couldn’t push it so I factory reset my phone how can I tell if I fixed it so that they aren’t monitoring it anymore? Device iPhone SE and watch OS 3rd gen

If an app or feature on your device is not working, not appearing, or is restricted (grayed out), it may have been disabled using Screen Time, or by an IT administrator if you are using a device owned by an employer or educational institution.

Tap Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy > scroll to Allow Changes.
- If the device is managed (Settings > General > VPN & Device Management), contact the IT department that is doing the managing.
Did you install any of those apps? Did you let somebody else have unrestricted access to your device so they could?
