apple devices grayed out in itunes on windows 11
when opening itunes in windows 11 and connecting to iPad or iPhone 12 the devices are grayed out and not accessible to iTunes

Unlock the device before you connect to the computer. Trust the computer if prompted on the device. If needs be see About the 'Trust This Computer' alert message on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support and reset the trust settings.
