cannot login on windows computer
i can no longer sign into appletv on my windows computer. i get the screen shown below.
but there is no way to enter my email. i can get appletv on my streaming devices.

If you still have this issue try the following approach:
- Open Chrome
- Click on the three dots in the upper-right corner and select Settings from the menu
- Click Privacy and Security in the left column
- Click Cookies and Other Site Data in the middle
- Scroll down and click See All Site Data and Permissions
- In the Search box at the top of that page type apple.com or scroll to that entry.
- It should then display the number of cookies that apple.com is using. There will be a "trash" icon to the right of that line
- Click on the trash icon
- Chrome will warn you that you will be forcibly signed out of all apple.com sites, including any open tabs. Click OK
- You should now find that the email entry box no longer vanishes before you can entry your address
If you cannot follow these steps then a general reset of all cookies in your browser may help.
