I try to purchase a macbook air and the balance on my Apple Account should cover it entirely but when I try to check out - it says Your payment authorization failed. Please verify your information and try again, or try another payment method. How to unblock ?
Apple may be requiring you to have a payment method such as a credit or debit card be present on your account even if intend to have account balance cover the full amount. The card might not be charged at all but it has to be present.
