New Word software on Catalina system

At present, Microsoft only supports new installations of Microsoft 365 or Office 2021 for Mac on macOS Big Sur, Monterey, or Ventura. I would recommend Softmaker's Office 2024 for Mac (free trial) for macOS Catalina and later. Your existing Microsoft Office documents are supported. Compare this office suite with the free LibreOffice Suite and its documentation.

Personally I had success with Microsoft_Office_16.58.22021501.
