on my new phone I keep getting a pop message that says sign in to the iTunes store.When I enter my icloud/appled ID password it will not accept. the same password works for everything else that is apple related. Ideas?
Apple Iphone 13, I have transferred over all info to this phone successfully from my iphone7. Now I have a message appearing stating to sign in with Apple Id, Sign into iTunes store with Apple ID password.
I am already up-to-date with my password on my phone. In a browser I have gone to icloud and to appleid.apple.com and the password is accepted.
I have clicked on the music ap on my phone and logged in successfully with my appleid password. I do not specifically have an itunes ap on this phone.
Why is this message appearing? How can this be resolved to disappear?
