Cellular Issue

Recently I’ve received a cellular issue notification on my IPhone 13 Pro Max out of no where when it was working just fine a couple hours ago. It said in order for me to use my data I would have to update. After attempting several times to update to iOS 16.6 it would stay glitched on “verifying update” till my phone would run out of battery. Finally, after I was able to update the issue persisted. Everyone so far has told me there’s nothing I can do except buy a new phone. Has anyone else had this issue?

Contact your carrier; you don’t need a new phone; the carrier just needs to reprovision your phone, or generate a new eSIM or give you a new SIM card.
