Hello WeatherAppDifferntBtwniPhones,

Thank you for reaching out in Apple Support Communities. A possibility for the Weather app to display a different forecast is that there's a chance that one device may not have Location Services turned on or Precise Location. These two features will provide an accurate forecast in the location it's in. Here's more information:

Note: Weather uses Location Services to get the forecast for your current location. To make sure Location Services is turned on, go to Settings  > Privacy & Security > Location Services > Weather. Turn on Precise Location to increase the accuracy of the forecast in your current location.

This information is outlined in this helpful article: Check the weather on iPhone - Apple Support

Kind regards.

Hi WeatherAppDifferntBtwniPhones,

Just to be sure, were you able to check to see if your device has Location Services and Precise Location enabled, as mentioned in the article in the previous message? Having these features enabled will increase the accuracy of the forecast for your current location.

If those features are enabled and the issue continues, it's a good idea to make sure your device is running the latest software, as this can help with overall performance. Here's how: Update your iPhone or iPad.

"Update your iPhone or iPad wirelessly

  1. Back up your device using iCloud or your computer.
  2. Plug your device into power and connect to the internet with Wi-Fi.
  3. Go to Settings > General, then tap Software Update.
  4. If you see more than one software update option available, choose the one that you want to install.
  5. Tap Install Now. If you see Download and Install instead, tap it to download the update, enter your passcode, then tap Install Now. If you don't know your passcode, learn what to do."

If you need more help, reply with answers to the following questions:

  • Which apps do you notice this issue with?
  • Does this happen when you're in multiple locations?

Regards.
