? ONLY Passcode Screen showing up?

I have not used my watch for a few months & charged it, now the screen is asking for a PW. But, it will only except 4 numbers NO letters...

My PW has more of each. It will not give me any other screen; I don't know what to do. I have turned it off for 24 hours, put it on the charger for 24 hours and nothing has changed. The PW works because I have logged into the apple website with no problem and it showed me where my is located.

I'm confused, any & all help will be appreciated.
