If your Apple ID region is set to China and you find the Apple Store app or website displaying in Chinese, you can change the language to English by following these steps:

For the Apple Store app on your iPhone or iPad:

  1. Open the Apple Store app on your device.
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the main page and tap on the profile icon (person) to access your account.
  3. Tap on your Apple ID at the top of the screen.
  4. Select "Country/Region" from the list of options.
  5. Tap "Change Country or Region" and select your preferred region. Choose a country where English is the primary language (e.g., United States, United Kingdom, Australia, etc.).
  6. Agree to the terms and conditions, and follow the on-screen instructions to update your region.

For the Apple Store website on a computer:

  1. Open a web browser and go to the Apple Store website (Apple).
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the flag icon in the lower-right corner.
  3. A list of countries will appear. Select the country where you want to use the Apple Store in English (e.g., United States, United Kingdom, Australia, etc.).
  4. The page will reload in the selected country's store, and you should see the website in English.

Please note that changing your region may affect the availability of certain apps and services, as well as pricing and currency options. Additionally, if you have any active subscriptions or balance in your Apple ID account, you may need to use them or cancel them before changing the region.

If you encounter any issues during this process or need further assistance, you can contact Apple Support for more specific guidance tailored to your account and situation.

Hello Abidwazeer!

Please go to: Settings > General > Language & Region. Now, at the top where it says “PREFERRED LANGUAGES” make sure the language is set to English. If it isn’t, set it to English, and follow the on-screen instructions to set English as the preferred language.

See if that’ll help. Please report back the results, if possible.

If that didn’t help, please set everything back to how you found it, and then try these instructions: My Apple Store comes Chinese langu - Apple Community
