Changing MacBook Pro Keyboard

I have a 2022 MacBook Pro 16 inch. Can I change the keyboard to an Arabic keyboard and how much would it cost?

You need to contact Apple stores or service centers in the country where you live directly yourself to find out whether it is possible and what the cost might be. Nobody in these forums has the kind of info you are looking for.
