Multiple Ghost Apple ID’s connected to my 15 year old ID seem impossible to remove.

When I want to restore a backup through iCloud, 6 unknown Apple IDs are presented during that 
process, asking me to enter their password or to skip that step.

The ghost Apple ID accounts are all presented sequentially at the beginning, after completing
the backup during the registration process, this is after I first had to enter my own Apple ID. Once
I've ignored the last ghost Apple ID by using "Skip this step" iCloud Backup automatically starts 
downloading and installing from my account. When the backup is finished and the iPhone asks me to 
enter the code for my SIM-card, all ghost Apple IDs are presented again, which I have to ignore for 
the second time. 

I do have one logical explanation. Over the years I bought about 14 iPhones from which about 6 where 
replaced by Apple within the warrenty period. Those iPhones had a previous owner and I presume their
Apple ID’s where still connected to those iPhones and therefore connected to my Apple ID. That means at least 6 
people see my account name when they follow that same procedure. I don’t like that privacy breach.
