I'm trying to restore my iphone 12 mini but keep getting error code 4013

The phone won't stay "on" even if charged. I have tried the up volume, down volume, side button until the apple showed. It said to go to apple support restore. I tried restoring the phone using iTunes on my PC, but it keeps showing 4013 and that the restore cannot be completed.

Check here -> If you see error 9, 4005, 4013 or 4014 when you restore your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch
