If you see a message that says "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes," contact Apple Support for help.

There is an issue with your account, and only Apple can resolve the issue. It cannot be fixed from your end. So please contact Apple Support for further assistance by clicking or tapping on the link above.
