How can I resolve 'invalid-request' error when logging into Abbott Lingo app on iPhone 14?

trying to log into new app for first time (Abbott Lingo) it keeps coming up with ‘invalid-request’ error. My email is correct. Rebooted phone. iPhone 14 updated to latest IOS. My partner has no issues logging on. Lingo support said it must be my phone. Any ideas??

Update: the app owner advised to reset the iPhone settings, (not factory settings) which worked! The only downside was I lost some settings such as font size etc and I had to set up a new passcode but that was a minor inconvenience. I still had all my data and pictures etc intact. I’m happy I can now use this app!!

Invalid Request:

There is an error connecting to the server(as a client) through your iPhone. So, the updates fixed this. It may have been a bug fix that was included with the update. Or, if you had a VPN enabled, that may have gotten in the way here.
