How to resolve 'X App' error message on iPhone 16 Pro?

When I attempt to look at the X App? I get an error message. I am unable to sign out, reset my password, etc. Has anyone else had this problem? I have only had this since I got my new IPhone 16 Pro

I can offer you some basic troubleshooting such as deleting the app, then Force Restarting, then reinstalling the app. But if that doesn't work you are left with contacting X Support as we nor Apple cannot help you with this. This is a third party app.
