Hi there LeighMarch,

Do you use Focus on your iPhone? We're asking as it's possible to use Focus on your iPhone and not have it share across to your Apple Watch, which could be causing your Apple Watch to ring for phone calls, but not your iPhone. You can check if this might be the case by going to Settings on your iPhone > Focus.

If you don't use Focus and you don't hear any sound from your iPhone, then the steps from the following article may help resolve this for you: If you hear no sound or distorted sound from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch speaker

You can also see if restarting your iPhone may help, as it can refresh the iOS and resolve unexpected issues. Below shows how:

How to restart your iPhone X, 11, 12, 13, or later
1. Press and hold either volume button and the side button until the power-off slider appears.
The volume button is located on the left side of the device, and the side button is located on the right

2. Drag the slider, then wait 30 seconds for your device to turn off. If your device is frozen or unresponsive, force restart your device.
3. To turn your device back on, press and hold the side button (on the right side of your iPhone) until you see the Apple logo.

Those steps, and steps for other iPhone devices, can be found in this article: Restart your iPhone

Let us know if those steps help or if you've already tried those.

Take care!
