Texting Issues with Android

Okay hear me out. This is very strange. I have an iphone 14. If it is a GROUP message I can have conversations with android users and they receive it. If i send a picture they can receive it. But If i send them just a regular text message they can not receive it. I have been on the phone with tmobile and apple and nothing seems to work. I have been through every trouble shooting I could find from google and nothing works.

Any suggestions?
