Didn’t receive my refund and still charged and no longer have my 2TB ICloud+

On august 3 I was charged $9.99 twice. The only automatic charge I have set up is for 2TB ICloud+. I request a refund for the second charge. That request check up says refunded, But I have yet to receive that refund. I no longer have the iCloud+ but my bank account still has that I was charged $9.99. I don’t want to purchase an upgrade and pay more then I have to.

Up to a 30-Day Wait Period:

These are user to user forums. Being so, no one here has access to your account information (and that is a soothing, BTW). It can take update 30 days to get the refund. So, you'll just have to wait it out.

You need to contact Apple Support Directly. This is a User-to-User forum. We are all volunteers. So, as you may suspect, no one here has access to that information — and that is a good thing, BTW. That’s why for Financial Assistance, you need to contact Apple Support. They’ll see what’s going on and will run you through the fix.

Apple Contact Info:

  • Contact Us - Choose Locations
  • Proceed from there, as necessary
  • Why the Wait: Phone calls are taking a bit to go through at the moment, due to lots of calls. With the Coronavirus Pandemic, many are at home at the moment, with much time on their hands to contact Apple. So, just stay on the line, and you will get through :)
