"Ungenuine Display" Message:

Get a New Screen:

If you are getting notifications about a screen being ungenuine, then I appears you place an ungenuine screen in there. So, return this screen, requesting a genuine one.. The seller should have known better. Elsewise, you'll continue getting the notification.  Learn More here: About Genuine iPhone Displays - Apple Support

If you had your screen replaced by anyone other than Apple or an actual Apple Authorized Service provider, meaning you do NOT have an authentic screen on your iPhone, the message will be displayed for 4 days, then it will go away. What won't go away if in Settings > General > About - a message will NEVER go away that you don't have an authentic screen. And since you don't have authentic screen, you will not be able to get service from Apple on your iPhone.
