Macbook Pro Black Screen

Tried everything that apple suggested but nothing works. External display via hdmi is working fine. But main display is still black

After exhausting all the steps in If your Mac starts up to a blank screen - Apple Support, the last one is to contact Apple Support:

"If the issue continues, contact Apple Support."
