I already remove and update still my download fb app can’t get thru due to billing issue it says

My problem cannot installed again my fb due to billing issue but I already remove everything payment datailed date reset already still can’t download the app,,

I need to download my fb because I have a lot to do my fb accounts . Was also got my adds on reels , reels upload
