Deleting a Microphone from Sound>Input

I saw a post from quite some time back and am disappointed that there are no answers posted. My story is a little bit different. Somehow, my iPhone now shows up as a microphone/input option on my MacBook Pro. I didn't add it, and I can't delete it. If I'm anywhere near my Mac, my phone will randomly lock up and say the Mac is using it. I have to keep Bluetooth off to avoid this, but I NEED Bluetooth often for other features... like my watch. Please help?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 12.6

Launch the Audio MIDI Setup.app and see if you can select and delete it there...
