Many of the spam email that I get are pretty easy to identify. I would like some way to automatically send some of them to trash based upon a word in the subject line or the spoofed name that appears.
1) I want to create a rule:
If any of these words appear in the subject line, send the message to trash.
If any of the following words appears in the spoofed name, send the message to trash.
I will continually edit the list. I know enough to protect myself by reviewing URLs and checking the real sender. But I have to search through as many as 300 spams looking for the few legit emails that got put in there. I just want to shorten the list.
2) Oh, I assume that blocking the sender won't do much good as they always use a new email, right?
I realize I'm probably the only person with too much spam. ;) It would be great if this could all be done by AI.

I have used Spamsieve for over a decade without issue.
If Junk mail is not working for you as expected you can turn it off in Mail>Settings.
You have the option of installing a third party spam filter. ex.

there are others of course:
