iPhone13 - When locked, no sound when texts or calls come in.

My iphone13 is not vibrating or making sounds when I am receiving a call or when I received a text. Only my Apple Watch 6 gen alerts me. I have already reset my phone and confirmed thereafter that I do not have the "Do not disturb" option on. I normally have my Apple Watch on silent, but now I have to make sure I hear my incoming calls and texts via Apple Watch.
