My trackpad does not work which is why I am sending it in for repair, but because of this I cannot complete the instructions before I ship it to Apple. What should I do?

Trackpad on MacBook Air is damaged from liquids. I am in the process of sending to Apple for repair, but some of the instructions require me to access my MacBook but I cannot because it is damaged. How do I resolve this?

Contact - Official Apple Support before sending in your MacBook to ask what they want you to do about this
