I have several gift cards that I bought a long time ago. Some of them are intact, some I have partially spent. When I tried to place a new order, it turned out that they were no longer active. I didn't know they had an expiration date. I tried to add them to my account and got an error (Screenshot attached.) I ask support to contact me and resolve this issue.

Hello Olha_ola_ola,

Looking at your screenshot, it has the link to contact the iTunes Store Customer Service, which is the next step for this issue. This link will also get you pointed in the right direction:
