Gift card is not applicable

When I tried purchasing Apple products with my gift cards, it didn’t let me order. There was a pop up error message saying “You have reached the maximum number of attempts. Please choose another payment method.”

those codes were unable to redeem in iTunes too

popping up that“You cannot redeem this certificate because it has been disabled.

This certificate must be enabled by the iTunes Store Customer Service. You can contact Customer Service at http:// www.apple.com/itunes/storesupport/

contacted sales team and Apple support, they couldn’t provide me a right answer.

Apple couldn’t find a solution for me yet.

There are only reasons from customer care speciality’s for which they cannot help.
