I had apple gifts card 500*2 and it was unable to use

this what I’m seeing on the screen

and I’ve done that but they direct me here

Apple i-Tunes gift card Can not buy. Products in a game. I just put a gift card having $25.00 to my App Store account. Then the words "Your Purchase Could Not Be Completed. For assistance, contact iTunes Support at www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww/." Please tell me how to solve it.
