Can’t Add Funds to my Apple ID anymore

Why can’t I add funds to my Apple ID? Whenever I try, it will say ‘Your Purchase could not be completed. Contact iTunes Store Support to complete this transaction. I am confused.

Click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for assistance. Only they will know.
