I need help my iPhone 6s randomly won't turn on anymore how do I fix it.

Go to Settings/Battery/Battery Health and read what it says. If there is a message saying the battery is degraded, or if the Maximum Capacity is below 80%, you need a new battery. Whether or not it is worth investing in a battery for an 8 year old phone is a personal decision.
They might mean randomly as in "it unexpectedly" stopped working
